Russian Agricultural Bank and Agroexport will hold an open seminar for agribusiness exporters

On September 23, Moscow will host an open seminar “Export of agricultural products: certification and standards”. The event is organized by the FSBI “Agroexport” of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation together with Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg, the Bank).

Kirill Levin, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at RusAg will give a welcome speech at the seminar. The event will also be attended by Sergey Levin, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and Yousif Salem Alharbi, Director of the Audit and Inspection Department of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). Albert Davleev, President of Agrifood Strategies consulting company will act as moderator.

The program will include expert reports on the procedure for accreditation of enterprises for external supplies, various types of certification, including religious and intended for organic products. Participants will receive detailed information on government support measures for compensation of costs for certification of products abroad and get acquainted with examples of successful cases from Russian exporting companies. Representatives of the Rosselkhoznadzor, Roskachestvo, top managers of leading Russian agricultural holdings and companies in the HoReCa sector will talk about the certification procedures.

Dmitry Mushkov, Deputy Head of the Global Markets Operations Support at RusAg will share practical recommendations on the use of settlement and financial solutions for export transactions for agribusiness exporters. Andrey Dalnov, Head of Industry Expertise Center of Russian Agricultural Bank will dwell in more detail on the new drivers of agricultural exports and the prospects for the supply of halal products to the countries of the Middle East.
