The Internet Bank of Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg, the Bank) entered the TOP-10 according to the results of the annual research Markswebb Internet Banking Rank 2020, becoming one of the most effective for solving daily financial management tasks. During the year, the Bank’s Internet service rose in the rating by 9 positions.
Agency analysts noted the dynamic development of RusAg’s services. So in the remote service channels of the Bank, it became possible to make transfers through the fast payment system, conclude service contracts within brokerage accounts or individual investment accounts, check and pay traffic fines, and other functions.
“RusAg strives to constantly improve the convenience of receiving banking services for customers. We attempt to ensure that all the necessary banking services can be obtained without visiting the office. Over the past year, we have added to the Internet Bank the ability to implement both simple, but demanded daily tasks, and more complex ones, which previously could only be solved by a personal visit to the operational office. A high assessment from the expert community indicates that we are moving in the right direction”, - said Andrey Kuptsov, Head of the Card Business and Remote Banking Services Department at RusAg.
In the course of the study, experts evaluated the remote service channels of 22 largest Russian financial institutions. The Daily Banking category demonstrates how convenient the Internet banking interface is for performing everyday tasks of managing personal finances: payments and transfers, and obtaining information about income and expenses.
