RSHB-BROKER - a mobile application for investments of Russian Agricultural Bank (RusAg, the Bank), was included in the top 10 best mobile trading tools on the stock exchange by Markswebb. Analysts noted the convenience of the application in terms of buying and selling assets, and the ease of making transactions for first-time investors.

Markswebb’s study involved the largest banks in terms of individuals’ deposits for November 2020, which offer investment products via mobile bank and whose applications allow investors to trade independently on exchanges using a brokerage account and investment account. Analysts assessed the convenience for client, the investment products presented in the application, the ease of searching for financial instruments, the completeness and accessibility of the information presentation, customer support, and online helpdesk.

"RusAg is continuously developing its application RSHB-BROKER. Among the upcoming changes is the integration of non-trading services so that the application can replace the client's personal account across the entire range of issues. A risk profile testing already launched in the mobile application is especially important for new investors. Now each client receives free trading ideas from RusAg analysts, advising his risk profile. In the future we plan to introduce a notification option for opening and closing of ideas so that clients can manage their portfolio in a timely manner," said German Grigoryan, Head of the Client Operations Division of the Capital Markets Department at RusAg.

The majority of the Bank’s brokerage clients are conservative investors with a focus on long-term investments. The number of clients in 2021 increased by 70% compared to 2020 and amounted to 23.6 thousand.

The demand for the RSHB-BROKER mobile application is growing, the number of active users has tripled over the past year. Although professional investors, clients of RusAg’s brokerage services, more often use the QUIK desktop terminal, where the number and volume of transactions is incomparably higher: the number - 3 times, the volume - 9 times, compared to the RSHB-BROKER mobile application.

"Mobile applications are becoming the main channel for interaction with clients, and this year RusAg is transforming its digital services. Among the significant changes in brokerage services, we are connecting to the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange and expanding the list of displayed characteristics of exchange instruments in RSHB-BROKER: coupon payment dates, expected dividend yield, P/BV, ROE, P/E valuation. The dividend calendar has already been integrated into the mobile application," adds German Grigoryan.
