Since July 20, 2021, Russian Agricultural Bank launched support measures for victims of floods in Krasnodar. Borrowers who suffered losses may receive a delay in loan repayment. The repayment of the interest postponed for 6 months and the amount of principal debt for 12 months. The repayment of full loan extended for the period of 12 months.
Affected customers can contact the Bank using hotline by November 1, 2021.
"For regional residents we are the Bank that is always there. People in Krasnodar suffered from the disaster and we cannot stay away, because these people are our citizens and customers. Therefore, RusAg meets them and shifts the maturity of loan obligations to customers who applied to the bank. We are considering other measures to support people living in the flood zone," said Irina Zhachkina, First Deputy Chairman of RusAg’s Management Board.
