RusAg anti-corruption hotline the best in the banking sector

RusAg’s anti-corruption hotline has come top (seven points out of seven) in an Anti-Corruption Hotlines in the Commercial Sector rating , RusAg being the only financial institution in the rating to be given the maximum number of points.

The rating has been compiled by the Center for Anti-Corruption Research and Initiative, Transparency International – Russia on the basis of information presented on the corporate websites of the Top 100 companies from RBC’s 2020 annual rating of Top 500 Russian Companies by Revenue.

RusAg is committed to promoting anti-corruption standards and is developing both internal and external anti-corruption capabilities. Wanting to be seen as an attractive company in terms of investment and reputation, RusAg believes in openness and transparency of anti-corruption standards and takes part in forums, conferences, ratings and research in this area.

RusAg’s corporate website has an anti-corruption section with the description of all feedback formats. Intended or committed corruption offences can be reported by e-mail or on the hotline. RusAg guarantees that these reports will be treated as confidential and that any reporting employees and other individuals will be put under protection.

RusAg is interested in any information that can be used to fight corruption. Transparency plays an important role in customer relations, from both customer and employee perspective, and helps raise the levels of responsibility and service, which has been corroborated by the recent Transparency International Russia research.

Transparency International is an international non-government organization against corruption and for global anti-corruption research. Founded in 1993, it now has chapters in more than 110 countries. Transparency International is on Russia’s register of not-for-profit organizations treated as ‘foreign agents.’
